POLICIES​
Mint Beauty is by appointment only.
If you bring a guest I kindly request that they wait in the waiting room during appointment.

LATENESS​
I strongly encourage my clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with the location HERE. There is metered street parking (free on the weekend) and two parking structures nearby. If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and you will be charged the cost of appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
Please allow 48 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. All deposit/payments are non refundable if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Touchup appointments missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hour notice will be subject to a $50 fee. No shows will be subject to the full appointment cost.

NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
A $100 booking fee is required to book and confirm all appointments. This fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Please note: when using the online booking system it DOES ask for a credit card for "no-show protection", but DOES NOT charge or process a payment for a booking fee. You will need to send over your deposit through Venmo to "mintbeautypnw", Cash App to "$MintyBrows", Zelle to" 805-588-7379" or PayPal to "mintbeautypnw@gmail.com". In order to secure your scheduled date and time, the booking fee is to be paid within 48 hours of scheduling the appointment. 

PAYMENT​
Remaining balance is due on day of appointment by cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or any major credit card (3% fee).
